What is the one thing that has changed me the most when it comes to being a coach?
Has it been the workouts? While I have learned to push through mountain climbers and burpees, the workouts are only a part of it.
Has it been my daily Shakeology? Nope. I look forward to having my shake, but that isn't what's made the biggest difference.
What about communicating my business through social media? Honestly, I'm much more comfortable in a face to face conversation.
The biggest game changer for me has been my daily habit of reading personal development.
Just this year I've worked on developing habits for success after reading High Performance Habits by Brendon Burchard.
I've been working on changing my mindset from You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero.
I've been learning that success comes one step at a time from The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy.
I've worked on eliminating negative self-talk after reading What To Say When You Talk To Yourself by Shad Helmstetter.
I've been learning that saying no is how to get closer to my goals from Boundaries Henry Cloud & John Townsend.
I'm working on strategies to be a more effective steward of my time from Brian Tracy in Eat That Frog.
From Eric Worre's book Go Pro, I'm putting strategies in place to build my coaching business.
All the other areas of being coach have definitely made an impact on me, bit my daily habit of personal development is how I'm becoming who I need to be in order to reach the level of success I desire
